Three students pummeled a 13-year-old-boy on the bus after he told school officials that one of the attackers had previously tried to sell him drugs. The attackers broke the boy’s arm and stole his money. The bus driver John Moody, 64, called for help.

The school district’s policy is that the driver is not required to intervene. “I wanted to help him so bad,” Moody said. The three boys involved were arrested on aggravated battery charges.
Moody retired two weeks after the beating.

My Magic Green Hat

The other day I needed to go to the emergency room. Not wanting to sit there for 4 hours, I put on my MAGIC GREEN HAT. When I went into the E.R., I noticed that 3/4 of the people got up and left.

I guess they decided that they weren't that sick after all. Cut at least 3 hours off my waiting time.

It also works at DMV. It saved me 5 hours.

At the Laundromat, three minutes after entering, I had my choice of any machine, most still running.

If you live in Texas , it might cut your wait time at the grocery store.

But...don't try it at McDonald's. The whole crew took off and left out the back door and l never got my order!

Hi guys! Sorry I haven't checked in in a while. Been real busy with 10 hr days, a blessing not a complaint!!! Plus this week we have been getting my son all packed to start college. He moved in today, I think. My wife and him moved and she isn't home yet. He's going to California University of PA and majoring in computer network design. The school is less than an hour from here. It's a smaller (DII) state run college. He wasn't the best student in high school, but he seems really excited about this. Big problem is DAD IS REALLY BUMMED. I'm happy he seems motivated and wish him the best, BUT I'm going to miss him. Thanks for putting up with my long-winded rant. But love sharing news with you guys, after all we've been thru together we are sort of family!
