Well it s the BIG DAY !!

Bama is a 9 1/2 - 10 point favorite, and they should be. Several things will have to happen for Notre Dame to pull the major upset.

The Irish will HAVE to be able to run the ball with Theo Reddick and Cierre Wood against a defense that only gives up 13 First Downs and 79 yards rushing a game to keep their defense off the field.

Golston will have to hit 1, maybe 2 big plays to 6 ft 6 251 pound tight end Tyler Effer and running back Reddick.

The D Line will HAVE to go 4 quarters against Bama s massive O Line, and at least be able to contain Lacy and Weldon.

They will have to get pressure on, force a turnover from A J MaCarron. Yep I know he has won a BCSCG already, but they will need to do this to win.

If it sounds like I m saying The IRISH need the perfect storm to win I am. I believe Bama is the better team !

That said Notre Dame only has to be the better team for one night!!

Now that was a good old fashioned out behind the woodshed A$$ kicking. Told everyone all season I thought Notre Dame was over rated. So much for the #1 defense in the country. Alabama`s offense made the Irish defense look like they had more holes in it then a piece of swiss cheese ROLL TIDE ROLL...... Congrats CHIT.....

Don't know how the coaches of the other conferences can keep up with the recruiting geniuses of the top teams of the SEC! Amazing how deep those teams are. Notre Dame has always had a natural recruiting advantage; but they looked like a MAC team last night against the Tide!

Out of the 7 starters that were injured during the year , 5 were ready to go if needed , I'm glad SABAN didn't have to pull the medical redshirt off them ...........But just think ......OMG...... what would it have been like with De Andrew White and Jalston Fowler on the field with Amari Cooper ......... ......Thats whats coming next year .......

Alabama gonna lose some top rate players to the NFL draft in April but with the recruiting that Saban does down there I would not be surprised or shocked to see them right back in Pasadena ( at the Rose Bowl for the 2014 National Championship Game ) and a shot at getting 3 straight titles and 4 out of the last 5 If the QB ( A.J. McCarron ) RB`s ( Eddie Lacy and T.J. Yeldon are all back ) I see the Crimson Tide right back as the preseason #1 pick in all the polls.

Finished the college bowls at SU 21-14 ATS 14-20-1, one last time, sorry nuttin and congrats chit.

Time to watch the NFL playoffs then really get into college BB after that MLB, GO DODGERS!!

McCarron is coming back and Yeldon is a freshman, we will know later today if LACY will enter the draft ......word has it he's staying, if he stays ALABAMA will only lose 3 O-linemen (starters) to the draft , and one of those may stay as well, .

And they may only lose 5 off the defense (starters) to the draft. Only 4 of those have to leave (senior).

If they only lose 6 players (starters) to the draft all i got to say is .....OMG LOOK OUT .......but we will see!
