Look's like I picked Central Michigan to cover, but Western Kentucky to win I had entered ESPN's Bowlmania contest where you pick the games and got points based on how confident you were on your picks! I was doing real well until SMU ambushed heavily favored Fresno St Christmas Eve. Oh well, going to get my week 17 and remaining bowl picks ready! This is a very difficult week to pick the NFL; some teams resting for playoffs and some teams scheduling tee times. Rooting for the Browns to crunch the Steelers; need that higher draft pick!

Case McCoy, Jordan Hicks sent home


Texas quarterback Case McCoy and linebacker Jordan Hicks have been suspended and sent home a day before the Valero Alamo Bowl for breaking team rules, a source within the school's administration told ESPN.com on Friday.

McCoy, the brother of NFL quarterback and former Longhorn Colt McCoy, started one game this season and five games last season. Hicks was a starter who has missed most of the Longhorns' season because of a hip injury.

Gotta clean up the 8 inches of snow we got yesterday so I can watch the beat the Eagles, Packers beat the Vikings, Skins beat the Boys, and Lions beat the Bears and the get the last playoff berth !!

Went 3-2 yesterday(2-3 ATS)! Stand at 12-7 SU and ATS! Watched a whole lot of football yesterday! Loved the snow at Yankee Stadium, WVU looked annoyed that they had to play a bowl game in the snow!

On to the pros and the merciful end to the Steelers ugly season!

Had a perfect day yesterday with my college bowl picks. Went 0-5 Now stand at 6-13 overall ...... Well onto the NFL. Today will finally put the AFC playoff seedings in place. Glad they moved the Pats/Miami game to 4:25P.M. Now I can concentrate on being the BIGGEST Indianapolis Colts fan for 1 day at 1:00P.M. when they host the Houston Texans.A win by the Colts and a win by my PATS will give them the 2nd seed and a bye week. Could still get that bye if Kansas City beats Denver but that is a very,very LONG SHOT. Enjoy the games boys because next week the BIG DANCE CARD starts for all the marbles

I have no idea who is going to win the NFL playoff tournament! Wouldn't be surprised if it comes down to Manning VS Brady again in the AFC. In the NFC; think a team like Green Bay or Seattle could go all the way!
