Hey CHIT checking back in on my car. went to auto zone today and they scanned my on board computer and came back with 3 possible things #1... 02 sensor trouble...#2 fuel/air mixture problem... #3 fuel injector problem..... Before I go to the repair shop what are your thoughts?? Today when I was out I was still having the sputtering trouble when pressing the gas from a stopped position but once up to speed seems to be okay but every now and then it seems like the transmission skips and buckles then goes fine. What is your opinion?? Oh when I have the sputtering and skipping trouble it feels like it is coming from right under the right side of the drivers seat ( if that is any help )

So thats twice you have got the same codes over a few month period ...... the 02 SENSOR is the only thing i know that would take that long to really show a bad problem !

The 02 sensor tells the computer how to mix the fuel/air mixture and if it's telling the computer to mix it wrong it will give you a bad injector code and a bad fuel /air mixture code along with a OXYGEN SENSOR code !

I still say it's the 02 SENSOR ......fix that first !


The motor being sluggish can cause the transmission to seem like it's having trouble .

I'm going to repeat this because i'm stressing the point of how important it is to the motors operation .........BUD i cant stress this point enough .

Sounds like a great plan to me ......           and friends ...... great way to spend the day .......   

   we finally won ...... not sure if i told you guys about this ..... after our great flood here the neighborhood filed suit against the county for damages done by the flood ... and in it we put if they would install storm drains  we would waive the suit ..... it went to county court  yesterday , all 430 members of the suit agreed to drop the suit as soon as work was completed on the storm drains ...... work starts AUG. 18TH ......   

By the way there has NEVER been any storm drains in this area all the water had to naturally seep into the ground or evaporate ....... now we will be less likely to flood again .......   

The atty. told them as soon as work started ...... myself and about 60 other people stood up all at the same time and said NO NOT STARTED ....COMPLETED ......  

NO WAY was i going to let them start and then take years to finish ....

It was a 10 page suit , and in it we said since there is no such thing as buying flood ins. in the State Of Florida , the State/County/Cities should be responsible for any damages caused by flooding or at least responsible for for making sure there is proper drainage to prevent flooding ( excluding storm surge from Hurricane's or Tropical storm's ) ......  

Really took Robin Williams' death hard. IMO funniest human of my lifetime. Depression is a terrible disease. So sad!

Guy's ,I had a misshap over the weekend , i was clearing out more of a tree line i've been trying to get rid of , since i got this place , anyway i stepped on a moss covered tree root and slipped , i did catch myself but in doing so i pulled my hamstring in my right leg , it hurts from my knee to my hip/ass .
As if i didnt already have enough problems ,It hurts to sit, it hurts to stand, it hurts to move and it hurts to lay down the only way i get any relief is to lay on my left side and now that is sore ...... .... my doctor said for a week to ten days he dosent want me to do anything , i dont think he has to worry about that ..

Hi guys. Haven't been around much lately. They pushed up the end the outage, so I was working way too much. Unfortunately, it also pushed up my lay off which happened today. Had a real good 8 month stretch there; the best in many years. Was able to even save a good bit, and have unemployment for awhile. Now the good news, more time here(and watching football). Hearing how my favorite college and pro teams looked this past weekend, that might not be that good of news! At least hockey season has started. Go Pens!

I woke up this morning to a major thunderstorm with heavy rain , lighting and high winds .....    ...... just did get my coffee made and lost power ....turns out the wind blew a large pine tree down across the power lines down the street ....i've had power back on most of the day but they just now got the cable and internet back up !

Hey guys. I almost got killed today at work. Was cleaning up a flour spill when one of our newest forklift drivers was in the aisle next to me and across from our put away racks and proceeded to knock over a pile of wooden pallets stacked 20 high ( when they are by o.s.h.a. rules only to be 10 high ) He gave out a yell but I did not have any time to react. Put my right arm up to protect my head and took the full pounding of 3 pallets crashing into my arm from the elbow up to my shoulder. 911 called and rushed to hospital. X-rays show broken bone in right elbow soft tissue damage and partially torn bicep muscle. Put on light duty ( desk job behind a computer ) for at least 4 weeks. Both broken bone and torn bicep muscle have been put into sling doctor at hospital said both will have to heal on their own as a cast will not help with the muscle tear as it is so close to the small break in elbow. Just glad to be alive. Doctor said it could have been a lot worse if I was not wearing 3 layers of clothing working in a cold cooler/freezer. Extra layers helped soften the impact.
