Re: CHECKIN IN
Hey Guys latest forecast where I am close to cape cod now 24+ inches.... Already have about 2 inches on ground that started around 11AM this morning..Latest amounts predicted are 5 inches by 9PM..... 11 inches by 1AM tuesday.... 15 inches by 4AM.... 20 inches by 11AM.... Then another additional 6 to 8 inches by the time it finally starts to wind down some time late tuesday afternoon. additional amounts may even linger into early wednesday morning ..If there is one good thing about all this is that it is gonna be so cold that the snow is gonna be the light fluffy stuff. My work already shut down until some time on wednesday ( if even that is possible ) Got the drink cart fully filled and 4 coolers packed with ice to keep the cold and food also in case the power goes out. Will try to keep you guys up to date as long as I have power. NUTTIN hope you stay safe buddy cause you gonna get hit hard as HELL also

Never lost power ... However did get 28 inches of snow, took me and the wife 3 hours just to get to the car and get it dug out. Not moving until at least 9-10 AM Wednesday morning that is when my work is suppose to re-open ( if possible ) have to call my supervisor in the morning to see. If not I will just use another personal day and stay right inside once again with my and my 2 favorite friends JACK DANIELS and JIM BEAM and just cuddle up with the wife

Re: CHECKIN IN
Hey guy's i just got some pretty bad news ! My mother-in-law had surgery ( Gastric by-pass ) because all the med's they have tried for her Acid Reflux did not work , well things have went south from there , right now they say her kidneys are shutting down and her liver function is way out of whack like it is shutting down , the ammonia levels (toxic fluids)in her blood are through the roof, which is because of the level her kidney and liver function being out of whack . It does not look good at all , they are trying a few things to see if she starts to come around , we will know by in the morning if it is working , if not i will be heading to SUN CITY AZ. in the morning . Fingers are crossed but it truly does not look good at all !
So if i'm not around for a few days you will know why .

We just talked to the doctor and so far she is still sliding down hill , he said we would know more in the morning but to prepare for the worst because she was in really bad health to start with , he said even if it is the worst case he could keep her alive until we get there .
Kim is wanting to leave right now but I CANT GET A FLIGHT OUT UNTIL 6 AM Â unless i drive 3 1/2 hours then we can fly out at 4 AM .

There has been some improvement , she's not out of the woods yet , but it appears the meds are working so maybe we wont have to fly out there but will be able to take our time and drive ......that will save a boat load of money .

She was able to sit up and did actually eat a lil of her lunch plus finally drink something on her on for the first time in 6 days today ( they have been giving her fluids through a IV) .....it's still not much but it is a improvement over the last 6 day's .
Still on edge but we are a lil calmer now , my wife still wants to go so that IS going to happen but we are giving it a couple more days before we decide when we will go .

Re: CHECKIN IN
It's ok SPORTS !
She slid back down hill last night so i booked my wife a flight out for tomorrow so she would be there quicker , the rest of us are going to drive out if she gets any worse.
At $950.00 per ticket one way it is much cheaper this way .
You got to remember the super bowl as well as the US OPEN (GOLF) are in Phoenix AZ. this weekend which is where we are going .....ticket prices are through the roof right now !
The super bowl is less than 2 miles from the hospital she is in .

Re: CHECKIN IN
Well guy's i'm back home ,i got a flight out this morning , M-I-L is doing much better , they figured out it was one of the meds she was having problems with , they changed it and almost over night she started to come around to herself . Yesterday she was sitting up on her own plus going to the bathroom , the doctor said she will go home Thursday but there's still a long way to go to full recovery .
Anyway Kim is staying out there until she's settled at home , then she will fly back home , Jamie & Terry are driving Mike and Elizabeth home tomorrow and Chris left this morning going back home (CALIFORNIA) he lives in Oceanside .
I would have stayed longer but there's just to much that has GOT to be done here plus i have a doctor's appt. in the morning , nothing big just a normal checkup .

Another 8 to 10 inches of snow coming for my area of southeast massachusetts starting saturday afternoon and lasting to sunday afternoon .... Looks like Nuttin is gonna get away with missing this one ( or very little at all ) only good thing about this storm is it is coming on a holiday weekend ( Presidents Day Monday ) so I have the 3 day weekend to dig back out once again. Already got plans for Saturday morning to get the most critical things taken care of and my other 2 best friends (Jack Daniels/Jim Beam).. Already got the fridge stocked up with food.

Just got finished digging out from another 13 inches of snow ..... To make the situation even worse they are calling for another 5 to 8 inches late Tuesday into the night and maybe into Wednesday morning .... We have no place to put this SHIT now. So much snow this CRAP will still be on the ground in places in June. All I know is I been telling people when it hits 95-100 degrees in the summer I do not want to hear 1 person BITCH that it is too HOT. I just might have to go POSTAL OFFICE WORKER on them

Hey guy's , i bought my daughter a 2007 Dodge Caliber R/T
about 3 years ago and now it needs a transmission ..... well i called around to shop's to see what it would cost to get it replaced ...... i bout had a heart attack ..... cheapest place was $ 6500.00 , i only gave $5500.00 for the car ....so i looked online to see if i could get one cheaper and put it in myself ......i can get one for $2200.00 but if i put it in myself there will be no warranty on it , so i called the shops again to see what they would charge to put the one i bought in for me ....cheapest place $2000.00 ....but they would not give a warranty on it because they did not supply the transmission .....so if i want a warranty i have to let them get the transmission from their supplier and install it ......DAMN DAMN DAMN !!!!(&)^(%*$*$*)*&_()*_()*_&%*$&$*&^*^*()*)_

Leonard Nimoy, Spock of ‘Star Trek,’ Dies at 83....
Leonard Nimoy, the sonorous, gaunt-faced actor who won a worshipful global following as Mr. Spock, the resolutely logical human-alien first officer of the Starship Enterprise in the television and movie juggernaut “Star Trek,” died on Friday morning at his home in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles. He was 83.
His wife, Susan Bay Nimoy, confirmed his death, saying the cause was end-stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Hey guys hope everyone is doing well. Have not had time to be around lately. Work has been very busy as we are now heading into our slow soup season and the last big bang of winter orders are coming to a close. Pretty soon no more overtime ( 60 to 70 hours a week ) are gonna be history and back to a normal 40 hour work week is just around the corner. Glad I backed up the bank account a little over the winter. Looks like it will be needed this summer Â

Hey guys. Hope everyone is still doing good. Have not been around as much lately. Lots of things going on with family and trying to get ready for Spring Time finally after a brutal winter up here in the northeast ( Sportsnut and Nuttin know all to well what I am talking about ) Chit you are excluded from the harsh winter weather talk.Must have been just horrible to not have had over 100 inches of snow where you are Just finally got my gas bill down to under $300.00. One point it was at $900.00 with all the heat pulling, stove top going, oven going, and the gas dryer for all the clothes that had to be worn Newest gas bill just came in 2 days ago and we finally starting to get some relief as the winter peak rates have now dropped at least 50% so I think by June ( fingers crossed ) we should be back at no over due balance owed ..... Once again I hope that all you guys are safe and your families also
