Just found this out....... SUPER BOWL XLVII being played on Sunday February 3,2013 is also the start of Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Talk about 1 HELL of a party starter I guess there will not be a lot of adult beverages being served that weekend and following week

Mardi Gras is one big party ......adult beverages 24/7 with Tits and beads , assless pants , crotchless panties, co-ed bathrooms will be busy ............ .....a few streakers to ....... ........with some you dont want to see ..........

Dayum the coldest air of the season is about to move in. 15 degrees now, with wind chill 0 ! Going up to 25 today. The thing is, this is the warmest day all week. By tonight temps 5 to - 5, and tomorrow 10 -15 in the day. Throw in some wind also. Staying like this till Sunday Better get out today, and get PLENTY of internal anti freeze !

Same here wind chills were 15 below over night and the present temp is still 9! School was delayed this morning.

In the mid to upper 30's here at night and in the upper 60's during the day .....

Temp only got up to about a high of 15 today here in Southeast Mass. But to me that is a heat wave compared to being at work in the freezer where it is a constant -10 below all the time

Our weather finely changed after all most two weeks of fog, freezing fog and highs below freezing it's raining and 38, yay!!

I got to start getting ready for the in-laws, got some cleaning to do before the mother-in-law comes in with the white glove treatment.....

No not yet they will be here on the 31st...........

OH-NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO .....i just got a phone call ........the Chief Master Sargent (mom-in-law) and the 1 Star General ( dad-in-law) ARE in town ............... .......they were not supposed to be here till tomorrow afternoon.......... surprise inspection i guess .........

Well i passed the inspection ..... ......not sure what all we will be doing the rest of the week they are here , but he's wanting to go out deepsea fishing one day .......once it warms up a lil ,it's in the 40's today and tomorrow .

Headed out deep sea fishing ........see ya later this afternoon ......enjoy !

Heres a couple pictures from the trip only got 4 , the battery died in the cam on the way out and had to take these with my phone ,got 4 before it died....had a great time though........

Heres one of the 4 1/2 ft MACO shark i caught then the battery died....... .....there were a lot more fish caught by my wife, myself, my son and in-laws .......

Been shoveling and sweeping for the last 2 hours(of course while listening to Mike and Mike on ESPN radio) It looks like a snow globe right now outside. The key is to keep the snow off of the satellite dish for the obvious reason of watching the Super Bowl tonight! Luckily I had the Dish installer put it low enough so I could reach it easily and it is protected slightly by an awning! Planning is one of the keys to being a Sportsnut!

YEPPERS , gotta keep the dish cleaned off ....don't want any interference in the game picture that's for sure ......

Had a blast , left out from the dock at 7 AM didn't get back to the dock till 5:30 PM. We only went out 30 miles . All total we wound up with 170 lbs of filleted fish......be eating fish for awhile i guess ......... .....freezer is full ........

Caught a bunch of red snapper, trigger fish, mingo snapper, and white snapper, also caught 2 amberjack,3 jack mackerel , all about 15 to 20 lbs,plus the mako shark, i got almost 40 lbs of meat off of it, i gave 20 lbs away to the neighbor.

They are forecasting a foot or MORE of SNOW here Friday morning, with winds and drifting. Better stock up on

Nuttin' real nice weather here highs about 50 lows about 40, but I'm gonna follow your lead and stock up on

Well I have power. The plows gave up last night as there is no difference between the amount of snow on the street and the walks. It looks to be at least knee high, an some placers waist high. CT is basically closed.

Hope the snow blower can handle this

Glad you still have power bud. I was really worried about you when reading that CT got hit the hardest. Don't go trying to shovel all of it at once.

After almost 20 hours with no power or heat everything just came back on about 45 minutes ago. Was getting to the point where everything in the freezer was gonna go in a big cooler and get put outside so it would not go bad I did do one SMART thing to protect something very valuable this morning I did protect stuff by putting it outside
