I am still in shock as to what my Boston Bruins are doing right now. After today`s win against Philadelphia they have now won 9 straight games on the road and have not had a regulation game loss since the winter games in Russia. 14-0-1. Have a 3 point lead over St. Louis Blues for the Presidents Cup and home ice advantage through the playoffs. Only 8 regular season games left to go. Then we get to what I think ( outside of March Madness ) is the best 2 and a half months of sports in the world the Stanley Cup Playoffs    :

Very big win for my   today If they can keep up that physical play they came with today I believe they can melt down the smaller Detroit team over a 7 game series.Tough loss for nuttins   today but at least we know now that we have some exciting hockey coming up in this 1st round     

Flyers even the series 1-1   No worries, we ll get em Wednesday at their house

Big Game 3 tonight at Joe Louis Arena for my   at 7:30 P.M. Like I said on Sunday after Game 2 if my Bruins can force their will ( being physical ) with the RED WINGS they will wear them down in this series. I truly believe the BRUINS depth will win out in this series. Lets Goooooooooooooooo         

       

Very impressive win for my   last night in Detroit. Like I said if the Bruins can impose their physical play on the RED WINGS they will win this series.If they play like that again on Thursday night and get another win then this thing is over Saturday afternoon back in Boston.

Another great win last night for my   in overtime coming back from 2 goals down in the 2nd period to take a 3-1 lead in the series heading back to BOSTON for Saturday afternoon at 3:00 P.M..... Looking forward to seeing the BRUINS close out this thing on home ice me and 3 other guys from work scored 4 tickets from tomorrows game 5 on STUB HUB for only $50 per ticket.... Gonna be a little high up but still really good seats. Game should be over early enough to celebrate if the  :bruins:win to stay in Boston and drink a lot of     
Already told the wife do not know what time I might come rolling around back home Saturday night/ Sunday morning..... She not happy but what the HELL she get over it I think

What a great day up in Boston yesterday as my   drove the final nail into the RED WINGS coffin.Next up Round 2 against are most bitter rival the Montreal Canadians.Series will probably not even start until Thursday or Friday of this week. Hate to wait that long but maybe it is for the best to get some rest. I am getting the feeling that this is gonna be a long hard fought BLACK and BLUE battle   :  These 2 teams just plain out hate one another    of how brutal this match up is gonna be over the next 2 weeks......   to all you guys and remember to stay hydrated     

Finally some intensity and grit from the Penguins last night!   up 3-2 on the stubborn BlueJackets!

I hate to say it but I would rather see the Penguins play the Rangers. The Flyers own the Pens mentally. They completely melt at the site of orange.  Actually I don't think they can beat the Rangers, Flyers,  & especially the Bruins. They have been an average team since the Olympic break. I hope they prove me wrong,  of course.

Very tough loss for my   last night in game 1.... In my opinion Montreal`s goaltender kerry price stole that one.My Bruins did not help themselves with so many open net misses and crossbars hit. My biggest concern for this series is they need to stay out of the penalty box and they will wear down the Canadians like they did the Detroit Red Wings. 2 of the Canadians 4 goals ( including the 2nd overtime game winner ) came on the power play. Needless to say that Saturdays Game 2 at 12:30 P.M. is probably a must win for my BRUINS if they go down 2-0 on home ice then their season is most likely over. Lets Gooooooooooooooooooo

WOW what a great 3rd period comeback for my   down 3-1 and score 4 unanswered goals to even this series at 1-1.....This is starting to get the sense of a great 7 game showdown    Better make sure I keep the drink cart filled because I think I gonna need it
